Episode 30: Three ways to heal from nature

SHOW NOTES:

Have you ever noticed how you feel better when you spend time outside?  There is actual science behind why this is.  In today's episode we are exploring three main ways spending time in nature can provide some healing benefits to your mind and body.  Lower blood pressure, better immune health, reduced stress and anxiety, and improved mood are just a few!  We will discuss what phytoncides are and how they provide health benefits.  We also discuss the concept of grounding and why that is important, and then we will discuss how nature can reduce anxiety and depression, which is so important especially now.

We hope this is helpful to you today and we appreciate you listening and sharing this podcast with others.
